Not far behind was Shelby McGlothlin (FR/Muskogee, Okla) who also had the low single-round score of the tournament for the Cavaliers during round three. Finishing up the scoring for St. Gregory's was Megan Buchanan (SR/Antlers, Okla.), Carina Hernandez (SO/Mission, Texas), and Rylie Eller (JR/Woodward, Okla.).
Coach Bennett had this to say about his team's performance this week, "I am proud of the effort our team showed, even in tough conditions. Our freshmen stepped up and led us once again and the upperclassmen showed great leadership as well. We feel like we could have accomplished more this week, but I think we saw a lot of great progress in many different areas. This team has a chance to be special and it is tournaments like this that build character and will help mold us into a team that can compete at a high level."
The Cavaliers will close out their fall season at the Susie Maxwell Berning Classic held by Oklahoma City University at Lincoln Park GC on October 16th and 17th.
